    • Use Remote Buying: Capacity of Remote Buying increased by 25%, limited seats in the auction room

    Veiling Rhein-Maas does everything to ensure that the customers of the auction can purchase as well as currently possible at the market place in Straelen-Herongen. Hence, you can still use all of our purchasing channels: Auction clock including Remote Buying and Clock pre sales, Clock Service and the Webshop. During the last few days, we have noticed a stabilisation in supply and sales, with a slightly positive trend. This means that more and more customers are returning to the auction clock in Straelen-Herongen.


    Measures for the auction room
    Within the framework of the current protective measures (social distancing) and the legal requirements, we cannot open the entire auction room to our customers. Therefore, about half of the seats in the auction room have been blocked for your safety.

    Please support us in these difficult times and observe the following guidelines in order to keep the marketplace open:

    • Please use primarily Remote Buying to buy your products safely from Monday onwards. As of today, 25% more accesses are available for Remote Buying. If you do not have access to Remote Buying yet, check the system requirements directly here and speak to your contact person at Relation Management for an installation today!
    • We ask you to send only one employee of your company to Straelen-Herongen to take part in the auction as possible. In this way, we can offer more customers the opportunity to make their purchases on site.
    • At the moment, we cannot grant access to the auction room to suppliers who would like to see the auction process.

    We hope that you have understanding for these measures, which are important for the safety of all customers and our employees. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
