Update of auction groups for potted plants from January 2026

Dear suppliers,

As announced in our newsletter on 5 December 2025, we will be changing the auction groups for potted plants from 1 January 2026.

See these examples below:

• There are currently three auction groups for ‘bedding plants’:
  150 for < 11.5 cm
  151 for 11.5-16 cm
  152 or 280 for ≥ 17 cm
• From 1 January 2026, the following auction groups will apply to ‘summer and autumn bedding plants’:
  151 < 17 cm
  152 or 280 for ≥ 17 cm
• From 1 January 2026, the following auction groups will apply to ‘spring bedding plants’:
  148 < 17 cm
  152 ≥ 17 cm
• The following products will also have their own auction group from 1 January 2026: ‘Spring mix pots’, ‘Dahlia’, ‘Hebe green’ and ‘Fragaria’.
• In addition, ‘herbs and vegetable plants’ will be divided into the auction groups ‘vegetable plants’ and ‘herbs’.

This overview shows the auction groups that will remain applicable until 31 December 2025. Please take these changes into account when creating your delivery notes.

Please ensure your EAB programme is always up to date. If your EAB provider has not yet converted the delivery note programme to the updated auction groups by 1 January 2026, you can continue to use the existing programme without any negative impact on your BI.
