Delivery for Klokservice orders
Deliveries for Klokservice orders can generally only be accepted during normal supply times. This applies to deliveries by both suppliers and freight carriers. For supplies made outside normal supply times, notify the Veiling Rhein-Maas Service Center in advance by calling +49 2839 59 3156. The Service Center will also let you know where you can unload your goods. To ensure seamless logistics and delivery, it is essential that each goods carrier has the relevant delivery note showing the customer name and number as well as an A4 sheet stating “Klokservice/Service Center Halle A” attached.

Supply of potted plants
Potted plants for Klokservice orders may be delivered to the ground level of Hall E or the ramps to Halls H and I. Employees in Supplying and Clock Supply forward goods carriers to the Service Center in Hall A. Deliveries to these halls must also have both the delivery note and an A4 sheet stating “Klokservice/Service Center Halle A” attached to each load carrier.

Supply of cut flowers
Cut flowers for Klokservice orders may also be delivered to the ground level of Hall E or the ramps to Hall A. When delivering a stacking trolley with products intended for more than one customer (“Teilkarre”), the front of the load carrier must be clearly labelled as “Teilkarre”. Employees in Supplying and Clock Supply forward stacking trolleys to the Service Center in Hall A or to the refrigerated Service Center warehouse, if required. Deliveries to these halls, must also have both the delivery note and an A4 sheet stating “Klokservice/Service Center Halle A” attached to each load carrier.

Deliveries by freight carriers
Night-time deliveries by freight carriers must be made to ramps 88 and 89 in Hall A. During normal supply times (see supply times overview), deliveries of potted plants must be made to Halls H and I and deliveries of cut flowers to Hall A (ramps 88 and 89) as indicated above. Employees in Supplying and Clock Supply forward goods carriers to the Service Center in Hall A or to the refrigerated Service Center warehouse.

Settlement of Klokservice transactions
Veiling Rhein-Maas or Royal FloraHolland delivery notes must be used for Klokservice transactions. (Please note: No Aalsmeer or Landgard delivery notes).

  • Enter the abbreviation “KS” in the “Type of sale” field.
  • Enter the abbreviation “VRM” in the “Location of sale” field.
  • Enter either of the abbreviations “DIS” or “LOG” (= via distribution Veiling Rhein-Maas) or either of the abbreviations “BDO” or “BLO” (= Buiten Distributie/Logistiek om / without distribution/logistics Veiling Rhein-Maas) in the “Auction group” field.
  • Enter your Veiling Rhein-Maas customer number in the “Customer number” field.

You can send your delivery note to Veiling Rhein-Maas using your EAB package. You must submit your delivery note electronically to Veiling Rhein-Maas before supplying your product. Always state the date on which the product will be delivered to the customer on your delivery note. This allows customers to check their delivery. Veiling Rhein-Maas urgently recommends that delivery note data be thoroughly verified prior to dispatch. If you nonetheless note an error in an electronic delivery note (EAB) already submitted, you can update the delivery note via your EAB application. All delivery notes submitted via EAB prior to 7:30 am will be processed immediately and added to your daily settlement on the same day.
