    IFTEX International Flower Fair is the biggest trade fair for flowers and plants in Africa and has been held in Nairobi every year since 2012. Jos van der Venne visited the 11th edition of IFTEX, which took place in Nairobi from 4 to 6 June 2024, on behalf of Veiling Rhein-Maas. With almost 200 exhibitors, the fair once again broke records in terms of size. This clearly shows the importance of Kenya as a flower producer and exporter.
