For the supply of your products, the correct use of the load carriers is of decisive importance. The auction process at Veiling Rhein-Maas uses auction trolleys from Royal FloraHolland and CC-containers from Landgard and Royal FloraHolland. Potted plants are always supplied on CC-containers. Only potted plants auctioned in the "Exclusive" block can be delivered on auction trolleys after consultation with Assortment and Import Management. For cut flowers only auction trolleys are used.

Packaging
The packaging is very important for the transport of your products. Veiling Rhein-Maas will be happy to supply you with the right packaging. Choose from a wide range of disposable packaging options - such as flower and plant cartons - and reusable packaging - including buckets, shelves, reusable flower cartons and reusable plant trays. We work with Sivepo empties and have also compiled an overview of all packaging codes for you. In Royal FloraHolland's packaging catalogue you will quickly and easily find information about all standardised transport packaging.

Loading
A correct loading is very important for the entire sales process at Veiling Rhein-Maas. Please follow the guidelines and regulations for loading when you supply your goods, as appropriate measures will be taken in the event of non-compliance.

Logistical loading
We remind you to follow the loading instructions for CC-containers and auction trolley for supply to Veiling Rhein-Maas. Compliance with these regulations is regularly checked by the quality controllers and/or the Team Managers Logistics. If deviations from these rules are found, the relevant CC-containers will not be repacked or marketed. The supplier will be notified as soon as possible. The CC-containers must be collected by the supplier on the actual auction day during the valid opening hours in Hall K. If this does not happen, they will be disposed of at the owner's expense. In addition, the supplier will be charged a fee of € 10.00 per deviating load carrier for the increased handling effort. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact Mark Ledwig, Head of Logistic Supplies, Supplying and Clock Supply.

Market-compatible loading
For our customers, market-compatible loading and the presentation of the plants on a CC-container are important aspects that influence both the pricing and the customer's purchasing decision. For this reason, we have summarised some important information on market-compatible loading and mixing of CC-containers per sales type for our suppliers. We will be pleased to advise you on this subject and talk to you about the options for loading and mixing your CC-containers. Please contact your responsible person in the Assortment and Import Management.
