Regulations for returning
The following regulations* apply when returning CC-materials to our CC-depots or through our collection service for CC-containers:
- All CC-containers must have both an original TAG5 label and an original metal CC-plaque attached.
- The CC-containers (max. 10 per stack) must be stacked on top of each other with the TAG5 labels on the same side. The corresponding uprights of the CC-containers (always 4) must protrude on the opposite side.
- Broken CC-containers and defective CC-boards must be separated from undamaged material. Please ensure that broken CC-boards can be unloaded easily and quickly. This means that broken CC-boards must be bundled and stacked on top of undamaged CC-boards. If there are more than five broken CC-boards, they must be returned in a separate, undamaged CC-container.
If these rules are not observed, Veiling Rhein-Maas must unfortunately refuse the CC-material in accordance with the agreement with the mother companies Landgard and Royal FloraHolland. The truck must then leave the loading dock, or the collection service will not be provided in this case.
To help you or your drivers, we are placing new signs at the relevant locations with a visual representation of the rules on returning CC-material. You can also download and print this sign as a PDF here. If you have questions about this, please contact the logistics department.
