Our loading manager will contact you to inform you of any necessary changes. If you still have questions about the online reservation process during the initial phase, you can call the loading support number for assistance from 5.15am - 5.50am on the day of the auction. Otherwise, the reservation confirmation will apply to you for the reservation process for the next auction day. In the future, you will then have the option of making reservations for a longer period of time and to define your purchasing days at Veiling Rhein-Maas in the long term. Please only make your loading bay reservations via the portal.
How to reserve your loading bay:
Log into the portal as usual with your login details. You will then be given two options for making a reservation:
- Option 1: Click on ‘Reservations’ in the menu.
- Option 2: Use the ‘Permission and navigation’ tab. You can also make a reservation here.
