New function from 21st of November: services can be reserved via the customer portal

A new function in the customer portal will go live on the 21st of November 2023. Customers that use the Services Centre will be able to reserve their services online via the customer portal.

Being able to reserve Services Centre services directly in the customer portal offers a number of advantages:

  • 24/7 availability: As a customer, you can reserve services 24/7, regardless of the Service Centre's opening hours, and thus enjoy greater flexibility and convenience
  • Transparent information: The Veiling Rhein-Maas customer portal provides detailed information about the available services, prices, availability and other relevant information.
  • Self-management: You  can manage your own bookings and even change or cancel appointments.
  • Automatic confirmations: You receive automatic confirmations for your reservations. This helps you to keep appointments and reduces the risk of missing appointments.
  • Faster business processing: Reserving services via a customer portal enables faster and more efficient business processing, as all relevant information can be recorded electronically.
  • Better utilisation of resources: Veiling Rhein-Maas can manage its resources more efficiently as it has a clear overview of the demand for its services.

Current services include, among others, storage of ambient/refrigerated goods, picking, outgoing inspection, compaction and final price labelling. A list of current services including prices can be found here.
