Please be aware of the docking times while supplying: Veiling Rhein-Maas

We would like to point out that delivered products must be placed on the marked surfaces within the supply areas of Veiling Rhein-Maas within the supply times. Your goods must be provided with all necessary information including delivery notes and guiding labels as well as further information. It is not sufficient if you dock your truck/car just at closing time. Only in this way, your goods can be processed in the further logistical process of the auction.

CC-warehouse and packaging: Registration at least 30 minutes before closing

All trucks/cars must be docked at least 30 minutes before the end of the regular opening hours.
Until then, the driver must also have contacted the employees of the department Logistical resources.

Do not block loading docks
Please note that customers of Veiling Rhein-Maas are not allowed to park a truck/car at the dock assigned to them during the supply times of the auction (including night supply). This means that customers may only dock their truck/car after the end of the night supply from 04:00 am in order to avoid any blocking of loading docks.
