Clock pre sales

The clock pre sales offers Veiling Rhein-Maas customers the opportunity to reserve certain A1-quality products offered at the auction clock at a fixed price on the day before the auction. This digital market channel is very popular with the auction customers, because they can reserve goods before the auction. For example, this can be done via a mobile phone. In addition customers know exactly what price they will pay for the respective products.

Our customers can reserve the products on offer online at clock pre sales from 02:00 pm the day before until 05:45 am in the morning before the auction at the prices specified by the suppliers. On the supply page, all product information (incl. product photo), which is also displayed on the auction clock, can be viewed by the customer. When the goods have been delivered, the Quality Control of Veiling Rhein-Maas will check the product information of the suppliers and inform customers about any changes. The final purchase is made at the same time as the auction of the remaining goods of the supplier on the auction day.

Purchase quantities
In the case of potted plants, entire CC containers of sample and large lots can be reserved. In addition, individual layers of single lots (CC containers) and units of auction trolleys can be reserved. For cut flowers, the minimum purchase quantity is one sales unit (bucket or box).

Fees and logistics
There are no additional fees for purchases via Clock pre sales. The customer fees of the auction apply. Also the logistical services are provided in the same way as our customers are familiar with from the auction clock.
