Complaint management

You can find all contact persons and contact details for the respective departments on our website. In this way, you are able to discuss your request directly with your contact person. We also offer you the opportunity to submit your complaint using the digital form of Veiling Rhein-Maas. We will then coordinate the answering of your complaint and you will receive a response within a few days. All recorded complaints are evaluated and are a valuable contribution to the optimisation of our marketplace.

Please note, that complaints regarding quality and quantities should be addressed directly to employees of the departments Quality Control and Distribution Supervision.
