Anniversary week: Thank you for 10 successful years!: Veiling Rhein-Maas

On Sunday, 29 November 2020, Veiling Rhein-Maas turned 10 years old and of course we have celebrated this in a small scale. During this anniversary week, we prepared some small surprises for our partners and our employees. Our customers received a charging station for cell phones and our suppliers a practical Swiss Army Knife as an anniversary present.

Furthermore, our foyer in Straelen-Herongen was festively decorated. A big `10´ made of flowers as the center of attention was framed by great workpieces from some of our customers. Thank you again for providing these creative workpieces!

Speech and Video
On Wednesday, 2 December 2020, the Managing Directors of Veiling Rhein-Maas gave a short speech to our customers before the start of the auction in order to thank all partners and employees for the good and trustful cooperation.

“We would have loved to celebrate our 10th anniversary together with our customers, suppliers and employees. Unfortunately, the current circumstances of the Corona pandemic do not allow it. But postponed is not cancelled!", say Günther Esser and Cees Hoekstra, management of Veiling Rhein-Maas. "We are already looking forward to the next successful decade!”
Werner Schnitzler, spokesman of the customer representation, thanks the management and the employees of Veiling Rhein-Maas: “In the name of all customers, we say thank you to the whole team for their untiring commitment, an always fair communication, a corporate culture characterised by mutual respect and a cross-border cooperation, which fills the European idea with life. Today's Managing Directors and the entire staff of the auction form a team that can be described without exaggeration as truly international.” The chairman of the sounding board group board, Sven Kreisig, adds in behalf of all suppliers: “Thank you for the good cooperation and the successful development. Working together with Veiling Rhein-Maas is always positive and based on partnership!”

6,515,200,000 stems and 2,169,600,000 pots were sold
