Customer portal: Use of transaction overview, clock pre sales and Webshop

Some customers are currently pilot testing our customer portal. With their feedback, we can continue to optimise the functions and operation of our customer portal. The roll-out for all customers of Veiling Rhein-Maas is planned for June 2022. The transaction overview can be accessed via the customer portal – and access to the clock pre sales and Webshop will also only be possible via the customer portal. We will inform you about the exact date of the roll-out in due time.


Clock pre sales and Webshop
You require access to the customer portal if you wish to continue purchasing via Clock pre sales or Webshop from June onwards. If you are already using Clock pre sales, you can use the registered e-mail address to access it via the customer portal. All customers who already use the Clock pre sales will shortly receive further information on future log-in via the customer portal to the e-mail address registered for the Clock pre sales. Of course, our webshop customers will also receive further information.

Transaction overview
We make functions including the following available to you in the transaction overview of the customer portal:

  • Overview of all sales transactions with indication of all available information fields
  • Creation of personal overviews for sales transactions (e.g. loading lists)
  • Overview of all fees
  • Overview of the reversal and issuing of packaging
  • Overview of CC bookings
  • Option to download all overviews in Excel, PDF, CSV, TXT formats
