Development of customer portal at Veiling Rhein-Maas

The development of the Veiling Rhein-Maas customer portal was given the definitive green light last year. With the customer portal, we are creating services and online opportunities for our customers, and investing in the digital future of our marketplace. It will enable our customers and us to work more quickly and effectively. The single sign-on for this customer portal will be available through our website in the future.


Customer portal benefits
With the customer portal, customers will have access to our digital purchasing channels and other online services without having to log in again each time: single sign-on (SSO) is sufficient. SSO will make it even easier for our customers to buy the various products from our suppliers. Self-service increases the ease of use for our customers, and they can view things like invoices themselves. At the same time, the customer portal also makes work easier for our colleagues, because they can access many things themselves and activation only needs to be done once, among other advantages.

Starting on Friday, 1 April 2022, about 30 customers will test the portal in a pilot environment. The feedback from these testers will be used to optimise the functions and operation of the customer portal in phases. We will of course inform you as soon as the customer portal is activated for all customers and there is news about the registration process.
