Submitting of annual supply reports for potted plants for 2021

12 November 2020

In week 48, the digital annual supply report will be accessible for suppliers of potted plants in order to submit their planned supply quantities for 2021. The respective suppliers will be informed individually by e-mail in advance. Suppliers will be asked to submit their planned quantities for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 by 31 December 2020.

Supply reports potted plants are obligatory
Suppliers of potted plants who want to supply Veiling Rhein-Maas in 2021 are obliged by the auction regulations to submit an annual supply report and a weekly supply report. This means, that – depending on the market situation – products that are not reported for auctioning may be rejected for the sale via the auction clock.

Depending on the product group, the annual supply report for potted plants must be submitted in December for the period from 1 January to 31 December or in June for the period from 1 July to 30 June. The activation of this submission option does not apply to annual supply reports regarding products that, in June of this year, were already submitted for the following year (Bellis, Euphorbia pulcherrima, Helleborus, Tuber and Bulb plants, Myosotis, Oxalis, Primula acaulis, Rhododendron simsii) and can’t be changed anymore.

Reported and approved quantities
In the event that volumes of certain products are not accepted in the reported quantities, the adjusted quantities may be viewed under ‘definitive’ in the online environment of the annual supply report immediately after the registration phase. Every supplier has the option of checking his reported quantities in comparison to the supplied quantity on a daily basis.

The annual supply report is only valid for the auction clock and not for Clock Service.
